The JJT-SAO65 overhead soundbar 6.5-inch speaker adapter for Jeep Wrangler JL, JL Unlimited and JT Gladiator models has been designed to allow for the upgrade from factory speakers to your full-size 6.5-inch speakers. These speaker converters are injection molded out of ASA plastic for maximum strength and ability to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures. Metal support plates are made of 2mm powder coated mild steel and are used to reinforce the factory soundbar. The metal support plates also add additional mounting points that help make installing the speaker converts a breeze.

These adapters come without speakers.

  • I just got this setup for Christmas with the ssv speakers, after install it sounds like it just produces bass/mid and no highs. I have the alpine system in my JL and treble is all the way up. Is there something missing in order to get the highs? Thanks for any info

  • Will these fit in a 2024 Wrangler JL

    No they will not. The '24 is difference. But we will have them available for the 24's in just a couple weeks

  • OK, I know these are designed for the JL, but I'm wondering if I can remove the speaker grill out of the JK Soundbar, chop away at any dividers and can I screw down to the original soundbar knowing the screw placements will NOT fit the OEM screw holes. In short I'm wondering if the covers on the JL are larger than the covers of the JK.

  • We have Jeep rubicon 2023 model & JL audio C5 speakers set , can you suggest JJT SA-065 compatible for this speakers , we have required 1-1 replacement with best Quality. Required Front sound bar box & roof speakers 6.5 “ box Pl find email I’d. santosh@aircontrolgroup.com

    Unfortunately we cannot say for sure whether or not that model speaker works with the adapters. We have not tried them. Feel free to reach out to our customer service department at 818-991-1778 and they may be able to get you more information
