At SSV Works, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty program is designed to ensure your confidence and satisfaction, whether you're purchasing SSV Works components or complete systems that include Kicker gear. Below you'll find a detailed breakdown of what’s covered, what’s not, and how to initiate a claim.


Warranty Coverage

SSV Works offers a warranty on all products we manufacture, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Note: For Kicker products included in SSV Works systems, all warranty claims are handled directly by SSV Works. There's no need to contact Kicker separately.


Who Is Covered?

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (original receipt) from an authorized SSV Works dealer or reseller is required for all warranty claims.


What Is Not Covered?

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by SSV Works
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to fire, flood, saltwater, or impact
  • Damage resulting from improper voltage or power supply
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface rust

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact SSV Works Customer Service at support@ssvworks.com or 818-991-1778 x1 with:

  • A copy of your original receipt
  • Product model number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video (if applicable)

Once approved, a Customer Service Representative will reach out with further instructions for the next step in the warranty exchange.


Important Note

  • Do not return any product without prior approval.
  • Items sent back without warranty authorization will be refused and marked as “Return to Sender.”

Warranty Processing Time

SSV Works must receive the defective product before a warranty replacement is shipped.
