SSV Works RETURN POLICIES

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items damaged in transit must be reported within five business days of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged item and packaging. These are handled under our warranty policy rather than as a standard return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method; SSV Works is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used at purchase:

  • Credit card: Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your account. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
  • Check: A refund check will be issued within 10 business days of the original purchase date.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing.

What Qualifies as "Resalable Condition"?

To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmodified
  • In original packaging with all included components, accessories, and documentation

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are based on the condition of the item at the time of return:

  • Unopened: No restocking fee. Original packaging tape must be unbroken, not cut, and not resealed.
  • Opened, resalable: Restocking fee starting at 15%, based on condition. The product itself must be undamaged and unused. Missing or damaged packaging, missing hardware or components, and missing documentation will increase the fee, based on the value of the missing item(s).
  • Damaged product: Not eligible for return, regardless of cause. This includes items damaged through installation, modification, or use, and transit damage not reported within five business days. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, that falls under our warranty policy, not a standard return.
