Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

SSV Works is committed to protecting the value of our products, maintaining a strong dealer network, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all sales channels. This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy applies to all dealers, resellers, and distributors offering SSV Works products for sale to end consumers.

This Policy is unilateral and is not a contract. SSV Works does not seek, nor will it accept, any agreement regarding compliance.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this MAP Policy is to:

• Preserve the reputation and value of the SSV Works brand • Maintain fair competition among authorized sellers • Prevent channel conflict and marketplace price erosion • Ensure a consistent customer experience across all platforms

2. Minimum Advertised Pricing Requirements

Dealers must not advertise any SSV Works product below the Minimum Advertised Price established by SSV Works.

The following rules apply:

  • Dealers may match SSV Works advertised pricing but may not undercut it
  • MAP applies to all active products unless otherwise approved in writing
  • MAP applies to all public facing advertisements, including: – Online marketplaces and e commerce stores – Printed ads – Email promotions – Social media posts – Paid search ads – Broadcast advertising
  • MAP pricing does not prevent dealers from selling products at any price in store or via direct quote, but advertised prices must comply with policy

3. Marketplace and Amazon Restrictions

To protect brand integrity and prevent marketplace conflicts:

• Dealers may not undercut SSV Works pricing on Amazon

• Dealers may not lower prices to obtain or retain the Amazon buy box

• Dealers may not create, modify, or assume ownership of Amazon listings using SSV Works product data or UPC codes

• SSV Works products may not be bundled, co packaged, rebranded, or advertised under another brand name for the purpose of gaining a separate marketplace listing or bypassing MAP. Any representation of SSV Works products must clearly identify the product as an SSV Works item and must not mislead customers or mask the advertised price.

• Only SSV Works is authorized to create and maintain official Amazon listings

• Dealers whose primary business is Amazon sales are not eligible to sell SSV Works products

4. Bundling and Promotions

Dealers may not use bundle pricing, coupon codes, rebates, loyalty incentives, or promotional structures that effectively reduce the advertised price of a product below MAP.

All promotional pricing involving SSV Works products must be pre-approved in writing.

5. Enforcement

SSV Works will enforce this Policy at its sole discretion. Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of open orders
  • Loss of purchasing privileges
  • Removal from the authorized dealer program

Dealers do not have the right to enforce this Policy against other dealers, and SSV Works is under no obligation to provide explanations or engage in negotiation regarding enforcement decisions.

6. Policy Administration

This MAP Policy is unilateral and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by SSV Works at any time without prior notice.
