Program Every Output.
Total control over how your accessories behave.
- Battery (Constant) Output works anytime, even if the vehicle is off. Great for camp lights or emergency strobes.
- Ignition Output only works when the key is ON. Prevents accidental battery drain.
- Ignition Memory The brain "remembers" if the accessory was ON or OFF when you shut off your vehicle.
- Latched Standard On/Off. Latched also available with Strobe or Flash patterns.
- Momentary Only on while you hold the button. Available with On/Off, Strobe or Flash.
- Hold Strobe Functions as normal Latched On/Off, but holding the button triggers a strobe pattern.
- Dimmer Turn any light into a dimmable accessory with PWM technology. 100% to 10% brightness.
- Timer Disabled Output stays on until you turn it off.
- Auto-Shutoff Program an output to automatically turn off after a set time.
- Timeout Options 30 Seconds, 1 Minute, 2 Minutes, 3 Minutes, or 5 Minutes.

- Open Circuit: No more guessing. If a wire breaks, the button tied to that accessory flashes "Open Circuit". Find the break, fix it and everything will work automatically.
- Over Current: Built-in over-current and short-circuit protection for every output. If an output over-currents, it shuts down and flashes "Over Current".

- Priority Shutdown: If voltage drops below 11.3V, Alpha12 automatically shuts down non-essential accessories in a sequence you've preprogramed (Priority 1 - 12).
- Essential Gear Stays On: Set "Priority 1" for critical items like ECUs, Radios, or Fuel Pumps to ensure they stay powered even when other lights cut out.
- Visual Alert: The Menu button illuminates red when dropping voltage triggers the Priority Shutdown feature. Accessories flash "Priority" as they shut down to save your battery.

Total System Power is what matters.
While the SP9100 lists higher individual outputs (35A), its total system limit is only 125 Amps. This means you cannot run all your accessories at once without overloading their unit.
The Alpha12 is rated for 180 Amps of continuous power. Because our total capacity (180A) matches our output potential, you can run every single accessory at full power simultaneously.
Need more than 25A on one circuit?
The Alpha12 allows you to "strap" (combine) outputs. Link two High outputs for a 50A circuit, three for 75A, etc. You get higher capacity and higher total power.
Yes. The Alpha12 Brain is IP67 Rated, meaning it is fully submersible and can handle deep water crossings. The Controller is IP65 Rated, protecting it from rain, splashes, and dust. We built this specifically for off-roading. Unlike some of the other switchers on the market that have a label "Do not get wet".
The only fuse(included) needed is the main powerwire to the vehicle battery. The Alpha12 is a complete solid-state power distribution system. It replaces fuses and relays entirely for the accessories. The system electronically monitors every circuit and will shut down an output instantly if it detects a short or over-current, protecting your wiring.
Absolutely. While the system comes with over 60 pre-loaded icons, you can use our free PC App to upload any image you want. Whether it's a custom logo, a picture of your truck, or a specific accessory symbol, you can display it on the LCD buttons.
While designing this system, we did extensive field research. Nearly everyone we asked if they actually use the bluetooth feature on their switcher from another company, the answer was always "No. Sometimes to show my frirends I can. but that's it." So we decided to no include this feature to help keep the cost down as we realized it's a feature people think they won't, but don't actually use.

how long does it take to install the Alpha 12 system?
Installations times can vary depending on many different factors, such as expertise, how many accessories are being installed, what machine is it be installed in, etc. Because our system is plug and play, it does help with install times and making it a bit easier.

Do I have to run the grounds thru the brain for this to function? I would like to retro fit this into an already wired car, some ill be able to but most will not without harness mods.
No, you do not have to use our grounds. However, by using ours, it can be a better and cleaner run of wiring

Can this unit work without ignition being on? I can connect ignition wire to 12v battery but when I’m finished does it turn off automatically like other brands? I do a lot events and most time I’m not in jeep but I’m running lights and other features

What is the amperage for each output not the total but each high and each low.
There are 6 High (25amp) outputs and 6 low (5 amp) outputs. If you need more additional amperage output, you can either combine 2 high (25 amp) outputs to get 50, or 2 lows (5 amp) to get 10.

Where do you go to make custom icons? Not seeing any app or options other than whats built in. Havent bought one just yet trying to get my head around what all it can do. Thanks
You make the custom icons with whatever means fits best for you, either with an editing software like Photoshop for example, or a picture taken with your phone if you want your icon to be a real picture. The icons are 75px x 75px. Then you need to download the PC App to sync the icons to the SW work unit. The download is available on the webpage under the "How-To" title and just above the "How-To Videos"
