Will these door panels work on a 2020 RZR PRO XP4 1000, 4 door model?
Yes, these will work on that machine

Will this fit with the PRP door bags?
Unfortunately, no these pods will not allow for the door bags to be installed also

Are these comparable with ride command?
The pods by themselveare not plug and play to the Ride Command. You would need this kit in order to make them work.
