Will this allow me to send left and right front speaker channel signals to a line-level converter and amp so I can drive rear headrest speakers? Trying to avoid identifying the speaker wires and using wire taps to get the signal.

Looking for the harness that connects to the ssv pods to the ride command on Polaris rzr1000. Is this the correct part?
Unfortunately, no. If you are wanting to wire our pods into the Ride Command, you would need our amplifier as well. If you are wanting to add pour pods to the factory speaker system, please contact our customer service department at 818-991-1778 and they can go over the details on how to make that work
